IX-BIO-SA Small Animal ECG/EMG System

The IX-BIO-SA is optimized to record upto 4 (IX-BIO4-SA) or 8 (IX-BIO8-SA) channels of ECG, EMG and other biopotentials from mice and other rodents. The included software simplifies ECG and EMG analysis. The system can be used to record from other animals as well.

The IX-BIO-SA system is optimized for mouse, rats and other rodents.

The IX-BIO4 ( 4 channel) or IX-BIO8 ( 8 channel ) biopotential amplifier allows multiple channels of EMG, ECG, EOG to be recorded simultaneously from a single subject. The recorder is furnished with LabScribe Recording and Analysis Software and connects directly to a USB port on either a Macintosh or Windows PC.

ECG signals can be measured with the IX-BIOx.  Measuring 2 channels of ECG, Lead I and Lead II allows LabScribe software to calculate Lead III, aVR, aVF and aVL .

EMG signals can be measured at the same time as the ECG signals.
