Magnetic Field Sensor (MG-100)

The MG-100 Magnetic Field Sensor is a hall-effect sensor that outputs a voltage linear with magnetic fields in the range of -420G to +420G. It can be used in a variety of experiments that involve magnetic fields, such as studying the field around coils and permanent magnets.

Voltage Output 0V-4.6V

Magnetic Range

-420G to +420G

Default scaling Value

0G = 2.5V; +420G = 4.6V; -400G = 0.4V

Typical Sensitivity

5.0 mV
